Our beautiful clinic is the perfect place to unwind, relax and experience personalised attention in this small class of only 8 women.
Improve or maintain fitness and strength levels in a safe supervised environment.
Get motivated to workout, with other like minded pregnant women.
Ample parking at the front of the clinic.

Classes are 50mins held weekly on Tuesdays
Only $22 for individual classes or $114 for 6 visit pass (valid for 3 months). Join us for FREE for your first class.
