V-Hab Classes

Pelvic Floor & Core Rehab

You've done it! You have brought a child into the world! Whether you experienced a vaginal or c-section delivery, your body has been transformed and may need some support to return to its strongest state.

This is for anyone 6weeks to 4months post-partum that wants to return to exercise slowly and properly. Its very very gentle. We learnt to engage the Pelvic floor and core properly and slowly progress to strengthen a damaged area. 

Gentle 30min Classes held on Mondays

This is a course running for 6 weeks
for only $60!
Small group of 15 mothers.
1:00pm to 1:30pm
1:45pm to 2:15pm
2:15pm to 2:45pm

Prenatal Classes

Active Pregnancy Exercise

The classes will help you
Prepare for the epic event of labour
Safely strengthen pelvic floor and core to help prevent the severity of pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, abdominal separation and other complications
Find modifications for all complications like pelvic or back pain, carpel tunnel etc
Improve or maintain fitness and strength levels in a safe supervised environment
Get motivated to workout, with other pregnant women who feel the same as you

Classes are 50mins held on Mondays

Only $20 for individual classes or $85 for 6 week pass
Small group of 8 women.
3:00pm to 3:50pm
4:00pm to 4:50pm
5:10pm to 6:00pm
6:00pm to 7:00pm
