It takes time and excellent results to build a strong paediatric practice - parents talk! We have established an exceptional reputation with parent-to-parent referrals, leading to a high percentage of children booked every week. This means you integrate your learning much faster. Under the guidance and supervision of Dr Jacey Pryjma and the ACCC Team, you will be learning enhanced methods of how to manage, support and adjust children, providing a high level of care within months of joining the team.

Weekly Mentoring, Training & Case Reviews

The Chiropractic Associates we select understand the high level of commitment needed each week to grow and develop into being the Chiropractor of your dreams. Our 1:1 coaching provides the perfect balance between goal setting, accountability and challenge to support your growth personally and in practice. Striving For Chiropractic Excellence

Perhaps you have been to all the seminars but still feel lost, disorganised and inconsistent in how you care for children. You may be quite good at keeping up to date with advancements in research but have difficulty translating the learned knowledge into daily practical systems and strategies.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for Chiropractors who are inspired, big thinkers, who enjoy the journey of learning and personal development. We invest heavily in your growth and look forward to supporting your career development for a minimum of 3 years. 

  • Chiropractors who LOVE working with children and are ready to invest the time, energy and dedication to specialise in paediatric care
  • Previous evidence of a commitment to learning paediatric chiropractic care at seminars, workshops and observations 
  • Skills in personal growth and pushing through feeling uncomfortable
    • eg. Leadership experience, public speaking, travel, other significant life experiences
  • If early in your career (under 2 years experience as a Chiropractor), a can-do attitude and evidence of commitment to long-term projects and outcomes 
  • Team-orientated thinkers, team supporters, and Chiropractors with a big WHY and drive to make an incredible impact in this world.
  • Positive and uplifting person to match our practice culture
  • Skills in multi-tasking, learning in practice while studying a 2 year Diplomat is quite a commitment

1. Is it a full-time or part-time position?

The position is a full-time chiropractic associate role, which includes a schedule of mentoring, study, training and coaching, administration, and your practising hours.

2. Would I be a contractor or an employee?

We offer employee contracts because we believe this provides the best value, support and confidence in our relationship with you. We are unique because...

  • We invest heavily in your development with dedicated training, mentoring and coaching (valued at 38K+ over three years)
  • We include your tuition fees for ChiroPaeds for the two-year Diplomat (valued at 12k over two years)
  • In addition to your salary, we offer a rewards schedule (bonus)
    • Rewards will reflect the value you provide to your team, yourself and your families.

3. Is the position and training to be commenced in 2025?

In 2025 we are looking to mix things up, with Chiropaeds only being offered in Brisbane in 2025, we are looking to bring on our next cohort in early and mid-2025 and then begin Chiropaeds in 2026 in Sydney to make travel and learning easier as you'll be established in practice, allowing a better progression through course work and practice development.
