While every care has been taken to ensure all information contained in Australian Children's Chiropractic Centre (ACCC) is correct at the time of publishing/delivery, the Business, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives are not liable to any person for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the information or any inaccuracy, error or omission contained in ACCC (including in relation to any statement, opinion, representation, data, graphic, hyperlink or advertisement).
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form part of our registration agreement with you and applies to events you have registered for with Dr Jacey Pryjma Pty Ltd at Australian Children's Chiropractic Centre. If you are registering for an event including through our events listed on eventbrite, please ensure that you have read, and agree to, the following Terms & Conditions.
Registration fee refunds are subject to these terms and conditions.
We understand that from time to time things come up that might prevent you from attending a seminar or event for which you have registered.
Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us in writing as soon as possible to arrange one of the following options.
- Notification of cancellation received more than 14 days prior (2 weeks) to the seminar or event date are entitled to a full refund.
- If notification of cancellation is received between 8 and 14 days prior to the seminar or event date participants are entitled to 50% refund of the full amount.
- Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the seminar or event will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that you are unable to attend a seminar or event that you have registered for but still wish to attend at a later date, you may defer your registration to another scheduled seminar or event date within 12 months.
Alternatively credit may also be applied towards registration of any other seminar or product offered by Dr Jacey Pryjma Pty Ltd within 12 months.
