Dr Karina loves all of the families she has the privilege to work with! She especially loves working with pregnant mums and new bubs to support a happy, healthy journey through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the exciting development of the first year of life. Dr Karina also has a special interest in working with neurodivergent kids and helping them feel and function their best in a world than often feels like it isn’t build for them.

What makes your world go round?

I have a strong trust in the body’s ability to develop, heal, regulate, and thrive. We are meant to be well and I love helping families feel and function their best. Finding trust and safety in your own body is so important and empowering. For me, the best ways to do this are through spending time in nature (I especially love being in the ocean), taking time to slow down and rest when it’s needed, trying new things (even when they are hard), finding hobbies that fill your cup (baking, crocheting, and going to concerts are some of my very favourite things), and taking time to get to know yourself.

Always remember that there is no wrong way to be you!
