This is not an entry-level role.

Induction and Training

During the first few months, Dr Jacey Pryjma our director, will welcome and support you in your transition to our practice. Combining your extensive knowledge and teaching with the Well Kids program and recording methods, you will feel an enhanced level of documentation and tracking of progress. Our practice has an exceptional reputation thanks to our detailed approach and excellence in results.

Immediate Growth Opportunities: Take over Dr. Jacey’s patient base as she transitions to a mentoring role and support maternity cover for another chiropractor.

Our Founder, Dr Jacey Pryjma

Celebrating 10 years in 2026, the Australian Children's Chiropractic centre was designed by Dr Jacey Pryjma; a dynamic and passionate chiropractor who has dedicated her career to chiropractic care for children. A proud advocate and industry representative, Jacey felt it was time to create a space that reflected the ideas that she had developed through 20 years in practice.

As a teacher of industry-recognised seminars on childhood development, examination skills for chiropractors and communication processes, it was important to her to develop a practice that would reflect those teachings in care management while rethinking practice design and the relationship of health & education in the family environment.

When designing the practice, Jacey had two goals in mind:

1. To bring healthcare to the forefront of family living

2. Empower today’s children to be tomorrow’s health ambassadors, soaring the community to new levels.

Together the team shares a passion for working with young families. The centre provides chiropractic and other health modalities, workshops and events to provide support during all stages of family life. With families travelling from as far as Brisbane in the north to Sydney in the south, they aim to continue to provide exceptional levels of care, communication and feedback to our families.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for Chiropractors who are inspired, big thinkers, who enjoy the journey of learning and personal development. We invest heavily in your growth and look forward to supporting your career development.

The qualifications we are looking for:

Practicing Chiropractor for 3+ years
Has completed advanced paediatric training
Has invested regularly in paediatric CPD

The qualities we are after include:

Loves working with an engaging team and is enthusiastic to support the team to achieve its goals
Wonderful bedside manner with families, warm, engaging, friendly
Highly motivated and an attitude of always learning
Driven by personal passion and goals
Values strong communication and practices it
Attention to detail in documentation
Desire to enjoy the ease of a systematic approach to the complexity of working with children of all ages, so you can concentrate on their success and you both have fun!
