Meet Dr Jacqueline Jacob

Jacqueline grew up in the UK and trained at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth. She spent a few years working in central London, where she developed a real interest in caring for women through pregnancy and the postpartum period.

It was during this time that her focus began to shift. She noticed that the children coming into the clinic with their parents often had challenges of their own, from feeding and movement difficulties to coordination and development. Wanting to understand more, she began further training in paediatrics and her focus naturally shifted towards working with children and families.

Jacqueline has a particular interest in

  • Infants with feeding difficulties, torticollis and early movement asymmetries,as well as

  • Older children with hypermobility, TMJ concerns, coordination difficulties and retained primitive reflexes.

  • She also teaches the Tummy Time classes, which she particularly enjoys as an opportunity to work with infants and help parents feel more confident supporting their baby’s early movement and development.

Her approach is centred around looking at the whole child, how they move, develop, regulate and interact with their environmen, rather than focusing on one isolated symptom. She wants parents to leave feeling like they actually understand what is going on with their child, why it matters and what they can do to support them at home.t
